Earlier this month, Food Font was contacted by the Designer of the Savannah Morning News, who wanted to use Food Font letters for a feature about a local community event in the Savannah area, called Picnic in the Park.
We worked out a use agreement, and the Oct 2 edition of the Savannah Morning News featured Food Font letters on the front cover for the “Do Savannah” section of the paper. Inside the section, the Food Font project got a quick mention.
The letters used are from a variety of past Food Font events, and are a good example of the range of letters and food used so far to make Food Font food alphabets.
